I’ve spent 15 years building software—mobile apps, web platforms, robotics systems, cloud infrastructure. I’ve shipped code at startups and enterprises. I’ve seen projects succeed spectacularly and fail quietly.

The pattern that keeps showing up? It’s not the beginning that kills projects. It’s the end.

The Last Mile Problem

You know the feeling. You’ve built something. It works on your machine. The demo looks great. You’re 90% done.

Then reality hits.

Why I Founded Last Mile Software

I started Last Mile Software to solve this problem head-on. And I’ve assembled a team of passionate, experienced people who share the same mission: make AI work for you.

We focus on two groups:

People who want to adopt AI in their work but aren’t sure where to start. You’re drowning in manual tasks. You’ve heard AI can help. You need guides, not salespeople.

Builders who’ve created something with AI and need help shipping it. You’ve got a working prototype. You need infrastructure, deployment, and people who’ve done this before.

Both groups share the same core problem: bridging the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
